Every location and asset saved in the app (on PC or phone) is written to Documents\Asset Management\Link\Asset Record File.xlsx: Location sheet (A:Q) and Asset sheet (A:AU, with Asset Code in AT and FM Code in AU). Facilities, Locations & Buildings, Location types, Asset classes, Units and Departments saved in Master Lists are written back to Documents\Asset Management\Link\FM-LIST.xlsx (same sheet names). Link the file once on this PC; it then saves automatically whenever a list changes.
Photos taken in the app are saved as <Etag>.jpg in OneDrive - FPO\Pictures\Asset Image. Link that folder once on this PC; photos uploaded from a phone are copied there automatically.
